We have office staff to help keep track of telephone messages and make sure each one is answered. Our offices are open Monday through Friday. We do not keep a weekend clinic, but we take turns with "on-call duty" during hours the offices are closed, so that one of is available at any hour for emergencies that cannot wait until the office reopens.
