Nurse Practitioner- Weekend Outpatient Clinic

Experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner for Family Medicine outpatient weekend clinic. Clinical knowledge to perform physical assessment of patients with acute, chronic, emergent and potential health problems, establish medical diagnoses and treatment plans, and appropriate direction to clinic staff regarding patient care issues. Demonstrates the highest level of accountability and performs within the scope of practice. Weekend Clinic Hours are: Saturday 8:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Medical Office Receptionist-Weekend Clinic

Medical Office Receptionist needed for Weekend Clinic for outpatient Family Medicine. Duties include greeting patients, registration, check-in and check-out, scheduling, use of EMR, answering phones, and other duties as assigned. Hours: Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant opening for independent medical practice. Experience and knowledge in a medical practice setting required. Job duties to include knowledge of quality payer programs and PCMH recognition to include reporting, audits, policies for compliance; physician credentialing and re-credentialing of all providers; marketing and advertising including creativity and design of ads, fliers, and social media; assist with physician recruiting; preparation of physician on-call schedule; knowledge and experience with electronic health records; preparation of meeting minutes to include Board and Shareholder meetings; other duties to include correspondence, phone calls, organization of meetings, assist patients and visitors as needed, familiar with imaging and laboratory departments, and some property maintenance skills. This position provides professional support for the corporate office including all physicians and office managers. Applicant should be able to work independently, is a self-starter who has motivation with a positive and friendly attitude. Experience required with computers including Word and Excel, office equipment and phone system.

Education: Associate’s Degree preferred, but not required.
