We strive to be easily accessible. We have office staff to help keep track of telephone messages and make sure each one is answered. Our offices are open Monday through Friday. We do not keep a weekend clinic, but we take turns with "on-call duty" during hours the offices are closed, so that one of our staff physicians is available at any hour for emergencies that cannot wait until the office reopens.
For after-hours emergencies phone (423) 857-7000 and ask that the doctor on call for your doctor to be paged. For immediate, life-threatening emergencies, call 9-1-1.

To our Patients,
For patients and visitors who require a visit to our offices, please be aware that we are screening everyone who comes into the facility. If you have experienced shortness of breath, fever, a cough, sore throat, or muscle pain in the last two weeks, or if you or someone in your household have traveled outside the Tri-Cities in the last 4 weeks, we ask that you please CALL OUR OFFICES FIRST for instructions from your provider. In accordance with CDC recommendations, all patients and visitors to MRFM facilities will be REQUIRED to wear a mask while accessing our facilities. This is not meant to be an inconvenience to our patients, but rather an increased effort to help protect our patients, staff, and community. To help preserve our supplies, we ask that you provide your own mask for your visit. For your convenience, you may review CDC guidelines and recommendations by clicking here on the use of Cloth Face Coverings to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
MRFM is now offering appointments via Telehealth services. Telehealth services allow our patients the option to receive the care they need in the comfort and safety of their homes. Telehealth works by allowing the patient to communicate directly with their providers using the camera on their smart phone, tablet, or computer. If a patient does not have access to this technology, we are still here for them by phone or for essential in-person appointments.
We remain focused on the safety and health of all of our patients and staff during these unprecedented times of quarantine and social distancing. Our offices are open and prepared to provide essential and urgent services, and we are taking precautionary cleansing and sanitizing measures set forth by CDC guidelines. However, Telehealth services provides a great option for patients who would rather stay home for their appointment. To request a Telehealth visit with your MRFM physician, click the link below and call our offices to request an appointment from the comfort of your own home.
For those patients who do require a visit to our offices, please be aware that we are screening everyone who comes into the facility.
Our most important goal is to maintain the safety of our community and staff who serve our valued patients. We remain committed to winning this battle against COVID 19 and wish you good health!
Thank you,
The Staff of Mountain Region Family Medicine
